Our Mission
helping those that are without
The mission of Greater Faith Word Church International is to promote the Kingdom of God through community, functionality, and growth by empowering and educating those within our community and within the city of Tucson. We are Kingdom-driven and mission-oriented. We dig water wells, providing clean water to many in poverty stricken communities who are dying of thirst. We serve and support the widows and orphans in different parts of Africa and Mexico by raising money for the resources that are needed such as books, food, clothing, and other educational resources. Our mission is to help meet the needs of the lost, the least, the left out, and the looked over for the glory of God.
Programs and Activities
Pop-Up Stations
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and we are driven by the need of others. We routinely set up pop up locations within our local communities to feed the homeless and those that are hungry. It is our desire to provide excellent service because we see the value in everyone. If you are interested in partnering with us in our efforts to reach more communities, we will be glad to welcome you aboard.
Resources & Services
Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in people's lives. One way that we are doing this is with our book drive. Our objective is to donate our inspirational books to detention centers, rehabilitation centers, group homes and those in need of an encouraging and motivating message. Education & Outreach
We have planted our first school in Mumias, Kenya for orphaned children. We are supporting the school by providing uniforms, school supplies, shoes, food and clean water with the building of a well. The well also provides clean water to the rest of the communities near the school. As our enrollment continues to increase, it is our intent to expand the school to house more children. This is one of several GFWCI Mission international projects where we improve and build-up communities.
